Welcome to American Eagle Towing Services. By requesting or using our services, including but not limited to towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle recovery, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from American Eagle Towing Services LLC. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
1. Services Provided
American Eagle Towing Services provides towing, roadside assistance, vehicle transport, and related services throughout Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion.
2. Service Requests & Payment

All service requests must be placed by phone, online, or through an authorized third-party provider.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved insurance or motor club billing.

A service call fee may apply for cancellations or no-shows after a truck has been dispatched.
3. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate location information and disclose any vehicle issues (e.g., stuck, damaged, no keys).

You are responsible for securing your personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.

You must ensure that your vehicle is legally accessible and not obstructing traffic or private property unless otherwise agreed.
4. Damage & Liability

While we take every precaution to avoid damage, American Eagle Towing Services is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to your vehicle.

Damage resulting from poor vehicle condition (e.g., rusted frames, aftermarket parts).

Damage to vehicle components not designed for towing (e.g., spoilers, low clearance).

Any claim for new damage must be reported before the vehicle is released and documented with photos.
5. Storage & Abandoned Vehicles

If a vehicle is towed to our lot, storage fees will apply everyday.

Vehicles left beyond the allowed period without payment or communication will be considered abandoned and subject to lien and auction under Oregon law (ORS Chapter 98 & ORS 819).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Eagle Towing Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

Once a driver is dispatched, a minimum fee will be charged.

Refunds for dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate court in Multnomah County, Oregon.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
